Fold Out Books

Middle school students enrolled in my Two Dimensional Art class have been working on creating Fold Out Books over the past few classes.

After experimenting with the process , pieces were made using color pencil on bristol board.

They will be on display soon !

Ceramic Food

 

 Students in my Creating Art class are finishing up their "My Favorite Food .. Made in Clay" projects.

Pieces were handbuilt and underglazes are being used to color in the sculptures.

They will soon by display !

New Year

Twelfth graders in my Three Dimensional Art class have been working with aluminum wire on "Giacometti Inspired Figures".

When the pieces are finished in wire , we will use plaster gauze and loose plaster to cover the figures. The pieces will be utilized in a group installation when completed.
